Description

Applications:

PLC – PLC, Similar/ dissimilar databuses, SCADA System and remote PLC connection, One way and Multi I/O interconnection to PLCs and DCS/ HMI, Moving machinery, PLC to PLC/ HMI connection, Databus cable replacement, Smart instrument interface and connection

Features:

AC/ DC/ battery power options and UPS battery charger and solar regulator.
Interconnects similar/ dissimilar industrial protocols (Master/ Slave, Slave/ Slave, Master/ Master) connecting to databus at full speed (eg 12 Mbps Profibus).
Eight on-board digital I/O which can be configured as either inputs or outputs. Additional internal I/O points include low/normal supply/ battery voltage (analog).
Point to multi-point connectivity with forward error correction, communications integrity check with security encryption.
Online read/ write of register I/O, reporting of signal strength (RSSI) with diagnostics including radio path measurement and communications logging.
Class I Div 2 hazardous areas approval (USA/Canada).
